I don't have the tools to measure the sound output of the winder in motion, but I can't hear anything when I'm about 3 feet (~1m) away. I have several watch winders, but this is the first one using 'pillows' to hold the watch in the watch pocket. The 'pillows' work great. The packaging is substantial, obviously intended to protect the fine finish. It worked, as my winder is in perfect condition.

When opened I was surprised that the winder had sustained NO damage. The winder is very well made, it looks like it could cost much more than the asking price. This watch winder could be placed in any home and be appropriate. This item operates so quietly you don't know it's running! In summary, a great watch winder, a beautiful well crafted item that arrives quickly because it's shipped priority mail.

Emmelie23/04/20214 4 4This company went the extra mile!It has slowly deteriorated over the past few months to the point where rotation is slow and extremely "jerky" in either direction and noisy as a result. It no longer keeps my watches wound overnight.
JQueen diagnosed the problem and sent me the required parts and installation instructions. Winder is back to "quiet as death". Failures happen, but JQueen stands behind their product which I sincerely appreciate..
