You can tell that the product itself is high end and meant to last for life by the quality of the materials that were used by the company. It was easy to use/ start (just plug it in and put your watches on the cushions). I keep this Watch Winder in my bedroom. It is noiseless. I don't wear my rolex everyday, now it will be ready to go whenever I do wear it. Thank you!

Doctor J23/04/20214 4 4Quality ProductI received my winder a week ago and so far, it's running flawlessly. It came well-packaged and free from any dents, dings or scrapes. The winder holds both of my watches with no issues whatsoever. The pillows that come with the winder are adjustable in that there's a "ring" that fits over the original pillow for those who have slightly smaller wrists. It looks as though the pillows could handle anything from something around 8" down to 6" if you include the "ring" that fits over the pillow.
